Delayed Deliveries
While we strive to meet our delivery estimates, shipping delays caused by customs, weather, holidays, or carrier issues are beyond our control.

Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
